<\/a>Hello and Welcome to the new home of the Italian Surname Database!\nIf you’ve been following us for a while then you know that we have undergone several changes over the years and have grown from a mailing list of perhaps 40 names to the database we have today, which at the time of this writing is home to over 2500 Italian Surnames! Never, at any point, did we think this would grow as large or as quickly as it has. We have helped numerous people connect with families which means that this simple little idea we had a less than decade ago works!<\/p>\n
New Features<\/h3>\n
The home is not the only new feature about this site. While the look and feel may have changed slightly the integrity has remained the same. Additional content has been added to what we feel will only will add to the user experience. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to look explore a bit and to let us know what you think. Below is a list of some of the the new features we’re working on.<\/p>\n

- A Family Tree<\/a> section has been added for anyone wanting to share their info. [If you’re interested in uploading a Tree contact us for more details.]<\/li>\n
- The Links<\/a> tab host a list of our members family\/genealogy based websites. If you have a site you’d like featured leave it in the feedback details for consideration.<\/li>\n
- Need help with your research? You can now Hire a Researcher<\/a>. The page is still under construction at this time so check back and contact us for details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
